Setting up FAQs
General
We handle returns on an individual basis. If your item is broken or damaged, or if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us by emailing contact@shopmurphysmarket.com. (contact@shopmurphysmarket.com.) We normally do not accept returns on gift sets or gift boxes, however, if there is a broken or damaged item, we will be sure to correct the issue. The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us.
We are happy to accommodate large groups! Every detail matters and we would love to help you plan and design this gifting experience with you. We handle each group on an individual basis depending on the needs of the order and group. Please be aware that these custom boxes are not in stock and can take up to 4-5 weeks to complete, so please plan accordingly. A 50% deposit is required and will go towards your final invoice.
