  • I'm interested in a custom gift order for my hotel guests, venue guests, company gifts, etc. How do I go about this?
    We are happy to accommodate large groups! Every detail matters and we would love to help you plan and design this gifting experience with you. We handle each group on an individual basis depending on the needs of the order and group. Please be aware that these custom boxes are not in stock and can take up to 4-5 weeks to complete, so please plan accordingly. A 50% deposit is required and will go towards your final invoice.   • Do you accept returns?
    We handle returns on an individual basis. If your item is broken or damaged, or if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us by emailing contact@shopmurphysmarket.com. We normally do not accept returns on gift sets or gift boxes, however, if there is a broken or damaged item, we will be sure to correct the issue. The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us.
  • How can I be sure my personalized items will be correct?
    All personalization is copied and pasted, however, if there is any mistake on our end, just let us know and we'll be sure to send out a replacement.
  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    You will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information.
  • How long is processing?
    Processing orders can vary depending on the order and quantity. A La Carte items should be processed in 1-2 days. Customized items should be processed in 2-3 days. Custom gift box orders should be processed within 5 days.
  • Can I ship to my friend/family member directly?
    Absolutely! We make gifting stress-free and seamless. There are no price tags included in any of our packaging or boxes so you can be sure that your loved one will receive a beautifully presented gift. Please be sure to use their address during the checkout process.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we are shipping in the US. We may expand our shipping capabilities down the road.
  • Can I substitute/switch out an item in the gift boxes?
    Our gift boxes are carefully curated so unfortunately we are unable to substitute products. If you are interested in a custom gift box for any occasion, please email contact@shopmurphysmarket.com
